Benny’s mother’s people are the Maiawali and Karuwali people of the Diamantina River South East Queensland and his father’s people are the Mbarbarum people of the Atherton Tablelands North Queensland.

Benny Eggmolesse has over 15 years of experience heading up Indigenous Workforce Development strategies, Reconciliation Actions Plans, and delivering Cultural Safety Masterclasses for organisations at a State and National level.

Throughout his career, Benny has assisted multiple Government and Non-Government achieved their Closing the Gap targets, executed workforce development goals, and led the way in bringing stainable change to the workforce that has improved race relations.

Benny is also a Nationally recognised Indigenous Stand Up comedian and has represented NSW and the ACT at the Melbourne International Comedy Festivals – National Deadly Funny’s finals.

Benny is committed to providing his clients and the First Nation community with sustainable workforce development strategies, quality cultural competency training, effective community engagement strategy, and prosperous Indigenous business development.
